Lime Soy Chili Dip
Toyo’t Kalamansi
Toyo't Kalamansi (sometimes referred to simply as toyomansi) - soy sauce with kalamansi lime juice.
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons kalamansi lime juice or regular lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green bird’s eye chilies (siling labuyo), bruised
Keeps refrigerated for a month.
Makes 1/2 cup (125 ml)
