Toyo’t Kalamansi

Toyo't Kalamansi (sometimes referred to simply as toyomansi) - soy sauce with kalamansi lime juice.

kusina ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons kalamansi lime juice or regular lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 green bird’s eye chilies (siling labuyo), bruised

kusina instructions
1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Serve as a side dish with fried noodles.

Keeps refrigerated for a month.
Makes 1/2 cup (125 ml)
