- 500 g Pork lomo whole pieces
- 50 g. Garlic chopped puree
- 50 g. Onion puree
- 10 g. Rosemary leaves
- 500 g. Pumpkin
- 50 g Butter
- ½ cup Olive oil
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp. Mustard
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Peppercorn crushed
2 Boil pumpkin until soft then mashed, and mix into pan. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper.
3 Have ready plate then bed with mashed pumpkin. Top with slices of lomo then serve hot.
