- Bananas
- 1/2 cup condensed milk or yogurt
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup graham crumbs
1. Cut bananas into 1 inch thick then divide into batches
2. Dip the first batch in condensed milk then roll over desiccated coconut
3. Coat the second batch of banana with peanut butter then roll in graham crumbs
4. Chill (optional)
