Classic Lasagna
Lasagna is one of the popular Italian dish but the word Lasagna is a Greek word which refer to cooking pot rather than the pasta dish. If you like lasagna but don't have the luxury of owning an oven, then you'll love that this recipe uses the stove-top for this mouth-watering and delicious no-bake lasagna.
150 grms ground beef
100 grms mozzarella cheese
1 250 grm pack tomato sauce
¼ cup Nestle Cream
1 tsp white sugar
½ pc onion
3 cloves garlic
ground pepper
salt to taste
1.Saute garlic and onion, then add the ground beef and ground pepper then simmer for few minutes until the pinkish color of the beef disappeared.
2. Add the tomato sauce and sugar, simmer for few minutes, add salt to taste.
3. Add the Nestle cream and simmer for a minute then turn off the heat.
4. Wrap the pan with aluminum foil.
5. Layer the lasagna and spread the sauce on top. Repeat the layering process. Then top it with mozzarella cheese.
6. Cover the pan, turn on the stove to medium heat for 3 minutes or until it's really hot, then adjust the heat to low and continue cooking it for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
7. The result is perfect! Serve and enjoy!
