- ½ kg pork lomo, sliced tapa style
- 1 pouch DEL MONTE Quick ‘n Easy Barbeque Marinade
- 1 pack small flour tortillas (12-pcs)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or arugula leaves
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced into 4 wedges
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 pack sour cream, chilled
- 20 grms chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
1. To make dressing: Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix until well blended.
2. Marinate meat for 30 minutes. Fry in 3 tbsp oil until cooked. Cut into strips. Set aside.
3. Warm flour tortillas, if desired. On each tortilla, divide evenly and arrange pieces of cooked meat, lettuce (or arugula), tomatoes and drizzle with dressing. Roll and serve.
