- 1 kilo beef, cubed
- 1 sachet 8g Maggi Magic Sarap
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Water, enough to cover meat
- 1 can condensed* mushroom soup
- 1 can button mushrooms, quartered
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 sachet 8g Maggi Magic Sarap
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup Nestle All Purpose Cream
- 2 cups cauliflower puree
- ½ - 1 cup grated quick-melting cheese
1. Marinate beef in Maggi Magic Sarap for at least 1 hour.
2. In a pan, saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add marinated beef and cook for 8-10 minutes.
3. Add enough water to cover beef and let simmer. Cook until tender, around 45-60 minutes, adding more water as the meat cooks.
4. Add condensed mushroom soup, button mushrooms and corn. Season with Maggi Magic Sarap and pepper.
5. Add NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and cook for another minute. Turn off heat and transfer onto a baking dish. Top with cauliflower puree, followed by grated cheese. Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven until golden brown (8-10 minutes)
6. For Cauliflower Puree, Melt butter. Add garlic and cauliflower. Add water and cook until florets have softened.
7. Add cream cheese and grated cheese and combine until melted.
8. Pour in milk. Season with Maggi Magic Sarap and pepper.
9. Transfer onto a blender and puree until smooth.
