Foodies, here’s another rich and creamy dish you can try! Why not prepare our Creamy Seafood Casserole for our ulam for tonight? Here’s the recipe:
- 1½ kilo shrimp, shelled with tails intact
- 10 pcs crab sticks (kani), shredded
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced young corn
- ¼ cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
- 1 pack Nestle All Purpose Cream 250ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large saucepan. Sauté shrimp over high heat for 1 minute. Remove shrimp and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add remaining butter. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add young corn and sauté for another minute.
3. Add MAGGI Oyster Sauce and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Let simmer, then season with salt and pepper.
4. Add kani, shrimp, and cook for 30 seconds.
