Turn creamy and sumptuous squash soup into Thai Style Chicken Squash Soup. You'll definitely ask for more! Try this recipe today, Home Foodies!
- ½ kg squash, peeled, boiled and mashed
- 1 pack MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM(250 mL), reserve 2-3 tbsp
- 2 cans PUREFOODS SEXY CHIX IN GUITLESS BROTH(180 grms each)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- ½ tsp iodized fine salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 cups water
- 1 pc chicken bouillon cube
- 1 bundle cilantro, chopped
1. Heat cream, water and chicken cube in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add curry and mix well. Simmer covered for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add squash, Sexy Chix, salt, pepper and sugar. Simmer for 1 minute.
3. Turn off heat then add cilantro. Pour into bowls and drizzle with remaining cream on top.
