There are many ways to cook Shrimps and the easiest is to saute the shrimps in garlic. This style of cooking of Gambas is sweet yet spicy, will surely entice you palette and leave you wanting for more.
- ½ kg medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pack WANDAH SWEET TOMATO CATSUP MIX, mix in ½ cup water until smooth
- 3 pc finger chilli, chopped
- 1 head garlic, crushed
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp iodized fine salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1. Season shrimps with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. In a pan, sauté shrimps in 3 tablespoons of olive oil for 1 minute.
3. Combine remaining olive oil, garlic and chilli finger in the same pan, and cook until garlic is slightly browned. Mix in catsup mix.
4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
