- 350 grms beef sirloin, sukiyaki cut
- 1 pack (200 mL) DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Curry Mix
- 6-7 pcs pita bread/ flour tortillas
- 4 pcs tomatoes, diced
- 2 pcs onions, diced
- 1 pc cucumber, diced with peel
- 1 tsp liquid seasoning
- ¾ tsp chili powder
- 1 head lettuce leaf, shredded
- ½ cup grated cheese
For dressing:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sour cream
1. Marinate beef in DEL MONTE Curry Mix, chilli powder, liquid seasoning and 3
tbsp of sour cream for 30 minutes.
2. Pan-grill over medium high heat until cooked. Set aside.
3. Make dressing by combining remaining sour cream and garlic.
4. To assemble: Grill or heat pita bread/ flour tortillas . Add beef, lettuce, cucumber,
tomatoes, and onions. Drizzle with dressing.
