It's quite phenomenal on how Bonchon has captivated us Pinoy's with its sweet, crispilicious Korean-style fried chicken. It's not really surprising that McCormick recently came out with its own line of Korean Chicken concoctions, considering Korea's growing clout in the food industry.
- 1 Pack McCormick's Korean Fried Chicken Recipe Mix
- 1/2 kilo of chicken cut into small parts
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- Cooking oil

Dilute batter mix in 1/4 cup (60 ml) water. To make the breading more
apparent like Bonchon's, you need to double-coat the chicken with extra
batter mix sans any water.
2 When you're satisfied with the batter consistency, deep fry your cutlets. To make your cutlets a notch crispier, resort to the art of double-frying.
3 Place newly fried chicken in a container.
