Chicken supreme refers to a boneless breast of chicken with the wing tip attached. This is a great way to cook tasty and tender chicken breasts.
- 2 pcs Magnolia Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 pack spaghetti sauce with basil, or italian style sauce
- 1 can Purefoods Chorizo Bilbao
- 1 Magnolia Quikmelt cheese
- italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
1. Open the can of chorizo and place its contents including the lard into a frying pan. Heat for a minute until the lard has melted.
2. Remove chorizo from the pan and place into a chopping board. When cooled, chop into small cubes by slicing first thinly lengthwise, then into sticks, then crosswise into cubes. Divide into 4 portions and set aside.
3. Cut each breast into two, and then make a slit lenghtwise. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning on all sides.
4. Slice Quickmelt into 4 pcs 1/4" x 4”
5. Stuff the slit chicken with one portion chopped chorizo. Fold each side to close.
