Kusina Master is a 15-minute cooking show that features a step-by-step cooking guide and unfold excellent kitchen skills and unravel secrets to make cooking and food preparation effortless and fun.
- 1.5-2 k prime rib
- 1/3 cup yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pc white onion
- 1 pc carrot
- 1 pc celery
- 1kg sweet potato par-boiled and mashed already
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
1. Tie with butcher's string then season with salt and pepper, and rub with mustard.
2. Have ready roasting pan with mirepoix then place prime rib; and roast until done or around 1½ hours.
3. Melt butter, add mashed sweet potato, milk, salt pepper, mixing well and lastly chopped fresh basil. Scoop into the platter, arrange slices of roast beef.
4. Serve on the side with au-jus (gravy sauce)
