When it comes to lunchbox meals, it doesn't matter if you're preparing for the whole family or solely for yourself. Escape the dilemma of what to bring for lunch with this delicious recipe. One whiff, and you will be the envy of everyone in the pantry.
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- 1 pc lemon or 3 pieces of calamansi
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- ½ tsp of ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp of cooking oil
- Salt to taste
1. Marinate beef in a mix soy sauce, lemon (or calamansi) and ground black pepper for about an hour. You can do this the night before while you rest.
2. Stir fry the onion rings in hot cooking oil until the texture becomes soft. Set aside.
3. In the same Daisy Plus Frypan where the onions were cooked, fry the marinated beef until its color turns brown. Set aside.
4. Saute the garlic in the pan for a few minutes.
5. Pour the marinade and let it boil.
