Great recipe, easy to follow and with very easy-to-find ingredients. Yummy and love the combination of flavors. It's a fun and easy dish to shake things up a little bit!
- 350 grms Pasta; cooked
- 250 grms Chicken Thigh Meat; diced
- 50 grms Shiitake Mushrooms; sliced
- 45 grms Cashews; toasted
- 30 grms Onions; sliced
- 30 grms Leeks; bias cut
- 30 grms Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- 20 grms Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
- 30 ml Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- 30 ml Oil
1. Marinate Chicken in soy sauce for 1 hour.
2. In a large pan sauté onion in oil, add shiitake mushroom and sauté for 3 minutes.
3. Add chicken and sauté for 5 minutes. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauces and bring sauce to boil.
4. Add noodles in boiling sauce and toss in cashews and leeks.
