Enjoy, this is a great meal especially if you have a picnic or pot luck! This was a really tasty dish and your family and friends will rave about it.
- 300 grms Rice; day old
- 75 grms Squid; chopped
- 50 grms Shrimp; peeled
- 30 grms Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
- 30 grms Crab Sticks; chopped
- 20 grms Carrots; diced
- 20 grms Green Peas
- 10 grms Onions
- 30 mL Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- 30 mL Seafood Stock
- 45 mL Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Saute onion and carrots in a pan for 3 minutes.
2. Toss in seafood and Lee Kum Kee Sauces, sauté for 30 seconds
3. Add rice and stir fry until all ingredients are mixed well.
4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Toss in green peas and plate up.
